Brett Swope (Owner| Coordinator of Human Performance)
Brett Swope is the founder and owner of Swope’s Training Systems. Swope is currently the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for South Western High School and Littlestown High School Football Teams, and New Oxford High School Baseball Team. Swope’s has led South Western High School Football Team to a District Playoff with a record of 7-3.
Previously Swope was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Spring Grove High School he oversaw all aspects of strength and conditioning for 17 sports. He worked with Peck Motorsports a NASCAR Truck Series Team, Johnstown University Women’s Soccer program, Littlestown High School Girls’ Soccer, Girls’ Basketball, and Wrestling Teams, and New Oxford High School Football, Girls’ Basketball, and Wrestling Teams as well.
Swope currently coaches athletes of all levels including: Professional, Collegiate (Divisions I, II, III) and high school athletes. Swope has worked with NFL players such as: Mike Jenkins, Stephen Nicholas, Nate Allen, and George Selvi. Swope helped many athletes prepare for the NFL Combine and their Pro Days.
Swope is also involved in the training of the general population. He has trained general population clients ranging from 12 to 83 years of age. Swope has worked with professional models to prepare them for their upcoming events.
In 2012, Swope started the EliteTASC (Tactical Athlete Strength and Conditioning) a tactical program geared specifically for law enforcement, firefighters, and members of the military.
