Off Season Wrestling Program

This 12 Week Wrestling Program will develop aspects specifically for wrestlers.  It will focus on power, strength, strength endurance, mobility, flexibility, conditioning, and skill development work.  The program has been proven to produce results.  It has produced high school state champions and national state champions at the NCAA.  This program will take you to the next level in your wrestling career.

The program consists of 3 days of training per week for 12 weeks.  We have taken care of all aspects of athleticism need to be a top wrestler.  We have laid out everything you need to do in terms of strength and conditioning.  This program is geared to be completed right before the start of wrestling season.
