Band Workout- General Fitness

For these 2 workouts you will NEED one mini band and one large mini band.  You can purchase these online from anyone who sells fitness equipment (EliteFTS, Sorinex or Perform Better).  If you are lucky enough your local gym will have these bands.  These workouts are great to do at your house, on vacation, at your local gym.  Get some bands and get started.
